How long does a complete house construction project take?
A standard 10 marla turnkey home takes roughly 10 to 14 months from approved drawings to handover, weather and approval timelines included. Grey structure alone is usually 5 to 7 months. Your contract includes a milestone schedule with dates.
Do you handle society and authority approvals?
Yes. Architectural and structural drawings are prepared for DHA, LDA, BTAP and cantonment approvals, and we manage submissions, revision cycles and inspections until the permit is issued.
